Auto Resolving Incidents now Live
We’re excited to announce that Auto-Resolving Incidents is now live in VisioNize Lab Suite. This intelligent feature automatically closes incidents that have resolved themselves without requiring any user intervention.
How It Works
When incidents, for instance triggered by changing environmental conditions, return to normal ranges on their own, the system now recognizes this and automatically marks these incidents as “auto-resolved.” This means you’ll spend less time managing routine fluctuations and more time focusing on situations that truly need your attention.
Common Auto-Resolved Scenarios
The feature is particularly effective for:
- Ambient temperature fluctuations that naturally stabilize
- Short-term CO₂ concentration deviations that self-correct
