Incidents App Maintenance Update
We’re rolling out an important maintenance update for the VisioNize Incidents App that brings updates into your Incident detail view, a redesigned preferences experience, and various quality improvements to keep your mobile lab management running smoothly.
What’s New
Notification Delay Support
The app now fully displays notification delay settings configured in your rules. Within each Incident you will now see the configured delay period. This gives you complete transparency into why certain notifications might be waiting before they reach you.
Updated Profile Tab
We’ve redesigned the Profile tab to enhance the preferences dialog. It now gives you more transparency about your current subscription plan and provides you with control over how you receive notifications.
- Subscription Plan Visibility - See the current subscription plan your account is using. Please visit www.eppendorf.link/visionize-subscription to review the included functions within your plan. If you want to change your plan, please reach out to your subscription owner
- Notification Control - Configure email, SMS (only available in the VisioNize SampleSafety+ plan), and push notification preferences all in one place
